Haven't been out here for quite a while and have been thinking of heading out there this weekend. Has anyone been out there recently, if so, are the trails nice and hard or muddy as? And what's happening with the tracks in the wooded area, as they'd been churned up pretty badly?

Dry as a bone right now. I can't recall any significant rainfall in about 3 weeks 😀
The trails in Roeberrow warren are pretty bad although i understand rebuilding is taking place already. Logging has made a real mess as you would expect really. The trails havn't been this dry in ???? months.
Nearly all the trails in the south Bristol area are dry.
When are you heading there?
I've got this Saturday morning to ride to my hearts content before I need to get back to 'Dad' duties. It was either there, Ashton Court / Leigh Woods or over to wales to do Afan or Cwm Carn.
I could be tempted to do the Quantocks, but every time I go there I get hideously lost and manage to miss out on all the good bits!
Trails were great on Saturday, the rhs rowberrow one is knackered from Forestry (shame!) but the LHS one is riding lovely. I'm not going to post details on the precise location email me for more details

Ashton Court and Leigh Woods are both pretty much bone dry and rock hard in all but the usual places as well.
