I am off to watch the track racing at the manchester velodrome tomorrow, first time i have been, any one know is the races are one after another or is there lots of waiting round etc etc?

It's pretty much constant, there's usually something going on. Exceptions are during medal presentations but there's always the bar to head to. 😉
Oh and take your own food, the velodrome cafe thing is normally restricted to expensive chips and burgers. There's a huge Asda just across from the velodrome, worth popping in there beforehand.
