Thinking on getting one use will be velodrome, a little bit of road and for the turbo.
Any recommendations ?

I think Langsters are out due to their low BB
Dolan is a better bet

If you want a track bike and intend to use it on the track just get a Dolan.

I think the new Langsters are track compliant.

Switching between road and track would be a pain in the butt though as you would have to remove the brake(s).

This is from Manchester but is applicable to most indoor tracks, check to make sure that your bike complies:

If you get something like a Dolan Pre-Cursa then you won't have a problem. Really good value for money.

I have a precursa and use it at glasgow velodrome. They are understandably very fastidious about contaminating the track, so outdoor use would require a deep clean before going on track
