I had a job to do in Hartlepool Thursday, so took the bike and stopped in the Peaks on the way home Friday and rode Cut Gate, then a local Purbecks ride yesterday.

Due to a change in circumstances we managed to get in one last ride with Abigale before she goes back to NZ

Decided on Cutgate and it was great to be chasing her out and back

Bit of a cold and feeling a bit strange so no ride today.

Got the motor booked in for a refurb though (works fine, but ready for some tlc) so thought I'd do a full strip down. 5 shitty winters and only one rough bearing. All getting replaced though. Just not today

Nice local ride on tired legs. Getting used to the new bike so took it to try some tighter trails. Was fun.

Made it to our second enduro race of the season (and ever). Reeksy Jr1 was sick before the first one and it happened again...and I was too. Still had a great day out. Five hours return of great Country Queensland driving to the steep tech of Toowoomba. Young fella has joined a team now so there was a bit of camaraderie which was nice.

Our results were average but still had fun, no crashes or mechanicals.
