Anyone got a handy guide for changing the spring in totems? I can't remember, do you need to take the lowers off or not? A video guide would be handy 😀

No. Undo left hand top cap with some ridiculouly large spanner/socket, cant remember which size but sure its in the 30s. Remove spring, replace, do up. Simples.

Don't forget to grease the new spring. If the grease on the old spring is dirty, or a different type, you may want to clean out the compartment with some isopropyl alcohol before putting in the new spring.
