Any idea on which spring would suit someone around 12.5st??

heihei, I'm about that weight. I use a firm spring in my pikes. I rathered the feel of the regular (med) spring but broke it and got a firm.
My totems have the standard spring in them, which I guess is medium, and they're perfect for me. Wouldn't want anything firmer. I use them for a bit of everything.

I'm that weight, and use an air spring at about 45psi 😉 Not helpful I know. But you can probably convert coils to airs if you were so inclined.
I'd run a firm spring over a med in pikes mind, so depends how you ride.
Surely you have a spring already, and an idea if it's too soft or hard?
