[Closed] torque settings

Check with manufacturer?

Most bike bits come with instructions for torque but you can always check websites e.g. race face used to have some good pdfs.

I just follow the individual manufacturers recommendations which can often be found on their websites.

The Park Tools use in/lb rather than the 'nm' settings that are usually quoted by the manufacturers.

I'm that sad that I keep a lamimated list of all the torque settings for each bike in the garage 😳

I'd ask my local Commencal dealer or e-mail the manufacturer direct.

local commencal dealer is 2hrs away 😉 by car!
