[Closed] Torque for Turner journal bearings

Okay, I'm in the middle of servicing the bearings on my 2005 6-pack and looking at the manual, there's something that doesn't quite square up.

It says the main pivot should be torqued to 23Nm and the other pivots to 17.5Nm. Now this is quite a difference and if it said 23 for the big bearings and 17.5 for the little ones, it would make sense. However, the bottom bracket pivot is the one I'm assuming is the main bearing, is exactly the same size as the rocker link bearing and the seat stay bearing. I'd guess that the two HL bearings would be set at the lighter torque. What do other people do?
