My Fluxient lights aren't behaving as expected- plug into charger, green light goes out after ten minutes but switch the lights off and the battery indicator goes red after two minutes.
They are still under warranty but Torchy seems to have stopped trading at the moment- or is on holiday (emailed, no reply) Anyone else able to help me out with the lights- diagnosing and supplying bits?
I think Torchy's in the middle of moving house, going by a post I saw on another forum. Don't think he's stopped trading permanently

My torchy fluxient broke the other week. I messaged him on ebay but haven't had a reply yet, I thought he must be busy. Hopefully hear from him soon
Got good service from him a few weeks ago (thanks torchy) - replaced a failed cell for me very promptly.
Fear not, I had a problem a month or so ago, he was slow getting back to me but replaced item straight away. In fact he didn't have an exact match so gave me an upgrade.
He did say he was moving premises, or home or something.
I'm sure he will sort it.
