Got some Tora's set at 80mm that I want to take up to 100mm - do I have to take a spacer out? And how. Thanks in advance.

I a fairly sure there is a spacer to remove to alter the travel. You need to take the lowers off the fork to get to it.Try rockshox for a diagramme.
