Small enough to fit in a camelbak easily? Or is it somewhere between a track pump and a proper mini pump. Will be using a camelbak mule or larger.

Fits in a Mule easily.

Once you've had one, you won't go back, either!

A little bit bigger than mini-pump but a lot better. The head is a bit of fiddle if you run multiple valves, though.

I have a mountain morph and a pressure drive (andyl's 2nd link).

Mountain morph is ace but you have to dismantle the head to switch between presta and schraeder, and I can't see the flappy plastic foot lasting that long.

Pressure drive in small size is truly tiny, and the double ended hose thing is well good. All seals up well with rubber flap/caps too, if you are going to keep it in your pocket or on the really nice frame mounting thingy. Mind you get the right one though: the pressure drive is for high pressure & low volume, and so it takes a looooooot looooongeeeer to pump up mountain bike tyres. (get the alloy drive instead for that).

Got my morph back in 2005. Still use it. It was my only pump for several years so did track pump duties as well.

The plastic foot broke off after a few years but no great loss. Still going strong. Bit bulky but if you are not bothered about weight but are bothered about getting on the move again quickly then I'd recommed it. I use my roadie CO2 combination pump in races where I want to reduce weight.

If it breaks I think I'd just buy another one.

Had a Morph, have a Pressure Drive.

Both work well, but the Morph is easier to use - the valve on the PD screws into the foot for storage, then you have to screw it onto the valve, screw it off the valve, screw it back onto the foot. Takes a LOT longer to do than the push on/flick lever of the Morph.

PD is shinier though!

Just so happens that I've ordered both. Got a pressure drive for road riding, and the MM for off road.

Good choice(s) realman. Of course once you start packing a reliable pump in your pack you never get punctures!

Great pump, fits the mule no probs, used mine 3yrs through rain and shine still going strong including the foot pad. Most of my riding buddies have since bought one since trying it.

Had a fairly decent specialized mini pump which I used for both. However it fell out of my pack a few days ago. Decided to get a pressure drive S to go in a jersey pocket for the road, and the MM in the camelbak for off road, as I couldn't really find anything that would do both well (the old specialized one I had was too big to go in a jersey pocket for road riding).

Mountain Morph......the bike guides best friend. Get's you back riding much quicker than any mini pump out there!

I was really impressed with mine till it fell apart. As others have found, the foot lever snaps very easily and the head fell off the end of the hose too - maybe I just got a Friday afternoon pump!!

I've had a road morph since 2005 it's just as good, though slightly smaller and lighter, it still beats any other pump I've seen being used on the trails and everyone who knows I have it always beg it off me rather than use their own pumps ๐Ÿ™‚

Morph and pumps like it are the way forward... Truflo Evolution is another one, wee bit tougher than the Morph and works just as well. I don't like the screw-on attachment on the Lezyne but it's a lovely bit of kit.

I've got 2 and neither foot has broken. And I'm a clumsy oaf! One is about 5 years old now and still going strong. ๐Ÿ™‚
