Cut the section of an old inner tube containing the valve (say 25mm?) and employ in your new tubeless setup. Take the £'s you've just saved and ride to the pub!
(Helps if old tube has removable valve cores...)

Or does everyone do this already?

Or buy a specialized one for £2.99 and save your Schwalbe tube (only ones ive found with removable cores) for when you really need a spare tube.
The cut out of an old tube bodge doesn't work very well in narrow rims either.

There goes my Nobel then....
Needed a valve in a hurry and it struck me this was a way round it. This is on 700 x 40 tyres on 19mm rims BTW

Or does [s]everyone[/s] Jimmy do this already?
Yes, yes I do.
Had to do something with all those 26" tubes.

Yes, but these days I just ghetto them.
It's a lot less bover than a hover.
