The whole point of the cool wall was to rate from left to right, cool to not. You lot are just sticking your kid's pics on the fridge.
Sort some rules and make it worth playing.

It’s also that you put a picture forward and you let da kool kidz decide where it ranks.

In the spirit of the TG cool wall, I’m going to nominate pretty well anything costing over 2 grand as seriously uncool, in the same way that supercars are uncool.

Fatbikes and/or BMXs on the other hand, are seriously cool.

Fixies are uncool, they are trying too hard.

Retro stuff. Cool.

Singlespeeds to have their own fridge.

Now where's my producer?

My commuter would be very uncool

My surly big dummy kitted out a as car replacement for local stuff is sub zero

That would be my view but it's confirmed by the interest it gets from passers by, usually because there's a child on the back

I reckon I'm setting either end of the cool scale - nothing is as sub zero cool as a coaster braked single speed Transition Klunker and at the other end of the scale is a seriously uncool mega steep head angled ebike with lights and mudguards.

Pointless posting carbon enduro gnarsleds - they are just gonna end up in the uncool section.
My Trek and Klunker need company - what do you have STW?

StevieD - my Klunker has company, both of yours are subzero due to the amount of time and love that went into them.

My non-mainstream bikes could also sit on either end of the scale I reckon. In the spirit of the game it's not for me to say where I think they go though...

And, surely skinny steel frames are cool, even on non-niche bikes (although the Rocket is 26+ which I guess is pretty niche-y)?

I think everyone can have their turn at being Jeremy Clarkson and rate their own, the STW masses can get all Hammond/May if they don't agree.
Obviously subzero is the one to aim for - but seriously uncool will get you more respect (?) than the 160mm enduro middle ground.

There is only one bike that is SubZero. It had square stays, was harder on your arse than broke back mountain and was built in Halifax from scaffolding.

Those were the days.

26" - check
uncut steerer ready to impale - check
steep-as-fun geometry - check
unfeasibly long stem - check
melted shitting-dog styling - check
wall needs pointing - check

And for my seriously uncool choice:

Now I would say this is subzero but perhaps your opinions may differ ;-). Brazed lugged 1960s french road race frame with sturmey archer 3spd, brass bell and 1930s brass SA trigger shifter, wienman centrepulls from the 70s, forged solid alloy fork of unknown provenance. Its probably my least valuable bike but the one I would save from a fire first!

The kid I saw yesterday in the skate park with all his mates, you know the sort of kids doing unfeasibly long wheelies around town, 7 of them on a mixture of Carrera bikes, him on a retro marin team titanium, cooks cranks etc... cool as 😎

Obviously, very subjective, but I quite like the look of that trek with the orange racks up there - what is it?
