Stems. I've got a stem I love using on my rigid MTB for SS/MTBing but for road use, with my saddle right up, its giving me a dodgy lower back for 24 hours after I've ridden. Its a ~110mm ~30 degree rise stem but I cant decide if I just need a shorter stem or a higher rise, if thats even possible. Any thoughts? BTW is a quill stem so very few options around without a quill-ahead converter.

Surely not, but I might have a converter in storage. Should I check it?

IF you have a converter for a 1 1/8 I may purchase it off you, should you be cheaper or near to shop price... 🙂
