Great service from Tokyo fixed. Bought messenger bag, used messenger bag for month. Stitching goes so I drop in as I’m passing during lunch hour. I have no proof of purchase with me but they still immediately offer to replace the duff bag with one off the shelf. The only downside was that I then discovered the Aladdin’s cave of goodies downstairs...
