Seven of us braved the cold intending on an offroad ride in the Lakes. It didn't quite work out like that though, as the first bridleway was bloody hard going to say the least.
So we decided to ride a loop on tarmac. As you can see in the photo, that wasn't much better in parts, however, it turned into a damn good day out !
The ( almost ) out of control descent that followed the pictured push up was a blast !

Hah! And some folk still have the cheek to say that here's no advantage in having a lighter bike 😉
