First time taking the CX on a mountain bike ride. Loved it, but my arms feel like jelly from the rocky descents.
Any pics to share?
Had a mainly fire road ride from the dam at Kielder Water up to Monkside ( 513m) by way of Wainhope bothy ..and back on the excellent singletrack over Black Belling ..

A good but damp afternoon ...
I took my Arkose on some stuff that was probably a bit too bumpy for it. Good test for the new mudguards that passed with flying colours.
I have a video of SaxonRider picking his way down a rocky loose descent on his inappropriate* bike. Would you like to see it?

No not boggy at all today.
P-Jay, that's as close to a 'gravel' ride as I could put together. Up through Castell Coch, through Caerphilly, then across the mountain above Abertridwr to Ystrad Mynach then along a cycle path to the end of Sirhowy Valley then over that mountain to Bedwas. Rocky and loose in places, but no mud.
Roads only due to not wanting to jar arm which has a cut from falling onto a sharp lump of flint last weekend.
