A few years back TNT post made a big deal about delivering mail by bike (at a time when RM announced they were phasing out the postie bike) - used to see a lot of their orange bikes around Manchester.

Not seen one for ages - now that TNT post became Whistl, does anyone know if the post-by-bike initiative survived?

I think Whisti knocked delivering letters and mags on the head TNT tried it every other day in a few cities but knocked that on the head too very little money in letters these days if you look at some of your JUNK mail delivered by your RM postie they say TNT/UK mail in the corner and the most RM get per item is 13p very strange a TNT lorry backs into RM mail centre we run it through are machines then move it around the country and deliver it too HMM funny old world.
