I have a titus rockstar, alloy front with carbon rear swingarm. I have noticed a massive amount of flew in the rear end that is getting worse- so much so that i can get the tyre to touch the stays using my hands. All bushings and bearings have been replaced, wheel bearings are also good with no play. What is the problem? is the actual carbon too flexy and has degraded over time - can carbon do this? It got to the point now where the bike feels like its hinged in the middle when riding and is almost unrideable. Its going to be a new frame if i cant get to the bottom of the problem. Not sure if fitting a new swingarm ( if available) would fix the problem or whether it is just a design fault.

Any ideas??

Not helpful to you, but mine does not exhibit those symptoms. Does it happen if you try a different wheel in there?

Wheel build quality?
Might it be a bit slack in the spoke tension department?
