[#7317385]

It's currently in the sale at On One and I was just looking for general opinions on ride and build quality.

Also been advised to go for the small frame, but usually ride medium. Do they size up quite large? I'm just under 5ft 9" with 31.5 inseam and arms like a gibbon and don't want to go with the small and end up regretting it.

Normally I'd go have a sit on it, but it's only on sale until 14th and I can't make it to either of the stores before then.

Any input, good and bad, it's appreciated.

I've got one, build and ride quality are great but I'd say they size up a bit small rather than large

I'm 5'11 on a medium with an 80mm stem which is fine but I do sometimes think I should have got large and put a slightly smaller stem on it.

There's a huge thread that might answer your question. Link

Thanks both. Didn't think to search for previous threads for some reason.

I am 5'10, 32" inside leg and have a medium with a 70mm stem, absolutely love it!
It rides beautifully, I often reach down to adjust the rear shock......then I realise that I am not on my full suss!
Best Hardtail I have had.

Thanks again for the feedback. Still not sure on size despite reading a 28 page thread and speaking to On One on the phone a couple of times. Not helped by been given two different size opinions from them.

Might take the plunge and go 18 with a short stem and riser bars ๐Ÿ˜•

Funkmaster, I'm your height. Same inseam, and I'm plus six ape index. I'd usually go for the small with 70mm stem. But I like my bikes chuckable. My road bike is 54 with 120 stem if that helps.

But I like my bikes chuckable

I like mine a little longer lasting and I don't think on one have been keeping up with the times.

I'm 5'11". Went for the 18" fireline, I've got a 70mm stem on it, would have been happier on the 20" with hindsight. So when I got the codeine I went large. Very similar geometry and size wise and I'm much happier with the sizing with the 35mm stem. They are tall with a short top tube and reach. Love riding both

I'm 5'8" and I ride a medium with a 50mm stem. It's perfectly chuckable etc.

Have I missed the sale?
I can only find the prices the same as they have been for the last few weeks.
I really want one!
