Is this going to materialise? In the meantime are there any other 'budget' 29er frames similar, as in a slacker geometry for 100-120mm forks?

That's a USA made SAPA one. Not anything like the production one we are working on.

Check the Pinnacle Ramin from Evans. Short chain stays and 68 degree head angle. £200. Designed by JamesO from these parts. Really nice. Just built one into a bike for my nephew. He is well chuffed. Only draw back is the 27.2 seat post size is not very dropper friendly.

Kinesis Maxlight FF29?

Nice bike but not slack; 70 degree ha with 120mm fork. This on the other hand...

Have ridden a mates one, good bike, very very good bike....would definitely consider it if i was buying another hardtail....68 degree HA plus 29er wheels made everything seem too easy, felt like cheating!

Ah-ha. Now 31.6 seat tube and 5mm shorter stays on 2015 bikes. Fine at 120mm.

Go on. Make my day. Do a ss version as well that maintains the short stays?

If the tensioner options work out, we may well do that.

Ran a Surly Singulator on my Yelli Screamy, it worked fine.

And you're right FF29 is not slack.

I'd like to try on of those Divisions.

Those Dartmoor frames, and the stuff that JamesO is doing at Evans is cool.
Future bright for great 29er frames.

Couldn't find any details other than that link. I was a bit disappointed by the qr backend but for that price and a tapered head tube I'll be ordering one when they're in stock!
