Why, in my experience do titanium bolts not have washers, where as the steel equivalent would come with a washer. E.g hope race brake vs hope tech brake lever bolts.
Any ideas?

Just fitted a new set of Race X2s last week. Lever bolts are Aluminium (no washers as you say), calliper and adapter bolts are Ti, also came with a set of Ti rotor bolts.
The 4 Ti calliper/adapter bolts came with just 2 washers which would be used to bolt the callipers to the adapter. The 2 without are for bolting the adapter to the frame/fork.
Sorry don't know the reason?
