[Closed] Time cleats question and merino.

I've got a pair of Atac XS - do they take the same cleats as Alium and ROC Atac?

Also:
Wore my smelly hansen [instead of my usual merino long sleeve] on the commute this morning and noticed 2 things:

1. I was colder when riding, as more wind got through.
2. I was much warmer when I stopped - like heat was reflected back to my skin.

So merino is much better for me, but I notice that I get a bit colder in Merino if it's wet - Smelly Helly does the job of keeping warm when wet.
