Tiagra 4600 is compatible with any Shimano 10 speed road stuff isn't it? 4700 is the quirky one?
4600 shifters will work with 105 rear mechs?

Yes. I have tiagra 4600 10 speed shifters and a 105 rear mech on my road bike
