after having an issue with my P7 Pro (disk side drop out rotating slightly) i poped in to my LBS to be told "oh we arnt orange dealers we just manged to get our hand on that frame!!" "call them your self but you proberly wont have a warrenty".
i was furrious but once i had calmed down i called the guys at orange and explained the situation and they where so helpful and sorted out all my problem and have sent out a modified drop out to me!!

Yeh good to hear - I have had a few quick responces from Orange likewise with Hope - I would also be a bit pissed with your LBS - they made money out of your purchase at least they could of called them on your behalf!
...and toal cr@p from your LBS. They should know that your contract is with them not the manufacturer. Most shops try fobbing customers off with "manufacturers warranty" but it is often they (the shop's) responsibility to repair or replace the item under Sale of Goods Act.
Thubms up for Orange, and I hope you wont be giving that LBS any more business.
