[Closed] Thule square bars on aerobar foot pack?

From what I can work out, the foot packs should be able to carry either a square bar or an aerobar as the sliding track/slot should be the same. Has anyone tried this combination? The reason I'm asking is that I want to fit a genuine Mazda rack(Thule) to a CX3 but it comes with aerobars and my tandem rack will only mount on square bars. A search on the Thule website only shows the door-shut type of clamp for a CX3 rather than the one in the roof track under the plastic trim.

I think that a Thule 751 or 753 should do the job but it needs the correct fixing kit which isn't listed as you need a new plastic trim from Mazda to use the Thule kit.
