Had this rack for 15 years now it's been great, now struggling to fit new bikes with longer wheelbase as the straps are not long enough - anyone managed a work round for this?

Which rack do you have? Googling Euroclassic throws up a lot of different models.
Is it the length of the bike to the rack? Or the length of the wheel straps that won’t go round the wheel and tyre?

Are the straps solid plastic, with “teeth” like this:

I just use a couple of toe straps. You can pick them up for peanuts and they do the same job.
