Anyone ever managed to replace the ratchet buckles on the inside 2 carriers on the Euroclassic? Appear to be riveted in place and no spares listed on any sites. An expensive replacement (new carrier) for a snapped plastic ridge if not!

Won't spare 1500052250 do it?

Our LBS got one in when we last needed one, it was a good few years ago but I found the emails.

That's the part for the outer carrier bar. The inner 2 don't have the connecting plastic sliders. Can't figure out how to connect the buckle.

Not a great picture but this is the part I need to replace.

I did this on mine - can confirm it was a pain. Think I bodged it with an inelegant (but invisible) mesh of zip ties. I no longer have the rack though.

So you cut the rivet and attached a new buckle with zip ties?
