Does anyone have a Thudbuster LT seatpost and a spare elastomer that they could measure (length, OD, ID)?

Why? Well, I've been bitten by the retrobike bug, and recently rebuilt a RockShox Quadra 21R fork with a refurb kit. But there are only medium and hard elastomers available from them, while there are 5 or 6 available for the Thudbuster. So if they're the same size, they'll let me tune the fork.

Edit - original elastomers were 28 mm long, 19-20 mm dia, with a 4-5 mm hole in the middle.

I couldn't say 100% as I have just posted mine off to it's new owner but That sounds bang on the money to me.

Thanks, JB, that confirms that it may be possible. But I'd still like a measurement if someone has one.

I emailed Cane Creek, and they responded in less than 1/2 hour! ๐Ÿ˜€

Thanks for your question- you're not the first. Our elastomers are 31mm long x 25.5 wide x 6.5mm inner diameter. They will not work on anything other than the Thudbuster.

Unfortunately, not the answer that I wanted to hear. ๐Ÿ˜

What colour elastomers are you after as I may have some spares in my toolbox?
