I was going ok but have now got hamstring probs in both legs. So much for my 'fell racing as part of training' plan. I can still ride though and I don't do much running duriing the event anyway, more just plodding upwards.
How's it with you?
Riding as many gravel tracks to work and back each day, rides in the pentlands with some shouldering chucked in. I run anyway so that's not a problem, just generally getting the miles in on the cross bike to make sure my kit choice is good. Might not get in yet anyway as there are a lot of people on the list! I recently discovered that I can run again without my knee killing me for days afterwards.
