proper good video, good riding, obviously high standard of riders on a great day out and cracking music selection for the video.....

Reminds me of one of my own videos ๐Ÿ˜†

Excellent video and riding - but why necessary to swear at the runner - he did apologise after all?

Gang of blokes swear at a solo runner for "ruining their descent".

Lovely.

No need for the abuse the runner got at the start, even if you are in the right. ๐Ÿ™„

I know that runner (sort of) - he did apologise - particularly liked the child like comment when he was far enough away to not be able to hear. ๐Ÿ™„

Ha! I knew this vid would get abuse cos of them swearing at that runner, but in there defence he started giving them abuse first halfway down the track causing one fellow rider to nearly come off his bike!

Tighter than grandads balls is my favorite vid title.

The guy that sends it half way through is impressive.

Two wrongs don't make a right.

All thats going to happen is he's going to go to his local running club and say he met a bunch of rude, aggressive w***ers who were on bikes.

We've all been tarred with that brush now, thanks.

Not all the routes on that vid look legal so can I suggest the less than aggressive attitude whilst riding other, more cheekier routes.

Nice vid, BTW.

be it right or wrong, one thing i have never and would never do, is confront someone out on the trail for something i deemed wrong.
walkers/cyclists/horseriders, we all go place we maybe should not.

i would however have told the runner to keep his nose out of my business, like i would expect someone to do the same to me, if i was telling them off for doing something i thought wrong.

From the looks of it most of it wasn't on bridleways other than the actual bit they got moaned at on. The bits I could pick out from my climbing days were Stanage, Burbage and Lawrence Field quarry.

Great video. Seems like they are my type of lads to be fair, I'm a bit of a tit sometimes, I've heard. Would love to go out on a ride with that lot.

Yeah, the rudeness shown to that runner who was man enough to apologise has actually made me give up cycling altogether, so thanks a lot you 'ooonts..... ๐Ÿ™

Only once in the last 7 yrs have I been rude to someone out on the trails, I have regretted it ever since. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

On a riding front, as usual, I am impressed. Nice to see good bikes being used properly ๐Ÿ™‚

What is it with Stanage plantation Bridleway and getting 'told off' for being there?
I've been told off by a peak park ranger (before I showed him how to use his map) and I remember a few other threads on here of bike riders getting told they're not allowed on this footpath

Not sure I agree with the having a go at the runner though (Yes, I know it was partly banter on the riders side). Pointing out the bridlway sign, him apologising was as far as it needed to go IMO, the smug/stupid feeling factor from that should do enough I'd think personally

EDIT: just rewatched the start, didn't pick up on the initial 'rude' greeting of the runner first time around. I take some of what I said back

problem is what some of you gentler folk see as rudeness, up north we take it as a friendly greeting.......... ๐Ÿ˜‰

At least they spoke to each other. In the south both parties would have avoided eye contact and said nothing.

Ace video guys.

Marcus - wouldn't mind knowing where some of that was (mail me ๐Ÿ˜‰ ) - looks awesome!

ts perfectly legit to be where they were when he decides to have a go...so straight away im with the riders on this, they seem like a decent bunch of lads to me, obviously antagonised by the guy (childish remark maybe, but we all say things when pee'd off) and those videos the chaps produce give me great inspiration, i honestly think they should seriously consider doing them as a weekly thing for the STW massive, give all us bored people a glimmer of inspiration and really makes me want to get out and ride....

the guys are obvioulsy quite good on the bikes too from a homegrown sort of way, which makes it even more inspirational, as they are just like me or you, but egg each other on to take it to the next step, just shows most things are rideable with some practice and help, and having folk around to laugh at you ๐Ÿ˜†

i love these videos so please do keep on!
