Have just purchased one with xmas vouchers due to pick up tomorrow, is installation pretty straightforward or is there anything to be careful about before making a horlicks of it, also any other installation tips appreciated.
Standard or internal routed? I've got the standard and pretty easy to set up. Comes with two lengths of outer and inner cable which might be the right size as one short and one long. If it's the standard were it loops down when you drop post don't cable tie to close to were it loops as it stops it locking. So cut length and route try a couple of times to make sure it works then hold tight were your thinking of putting ties to make sure it still works. I found out the hard way? apart from that there spot on when my mates reverb froze the other day mine still worked?
As above, easy enough to fit. Just make sure you don't trim the cable before getting the set up just right.
Good choice btw, much better built and finished compared to the Reverb imo.
