I bought an angle headset T7-2 EC44/ZS56 100-110mm Taper Steerer from Superstar which fits .
I now need a non angled version. Looking through Superstar's headsets I can't see anything that tallies with those numbers even ones out of stock.
Point me in a right direction please.

Any EC44/ZS56 will do. Hope/ FSA etc if superstar are out of stock. Top cup can, and is more available as a ZS44 as the external cup isn't necessary. You will probably add a 10mm spacer under your stem to make up the height loss.
So a normal headset then if I'm understanding you, a zs44 upper will be the answer and a reducer crown race if its a straight steerer.
Or do you want a reach adjust headset.
Yeah, I misunderstood it first.
ZS44/ZS56 is what you want.
Your angleset only has an external top cup to fit the angle change, any steerer (tapered or straight) will have the same diameter at the top 1 1/8" and will work with a zero stack 44mm cup. So as above, any ZS headset 44/56 will work
