A question, not a statement!
I've just come down off the hills and could swear that when I was on the beacon a 'fog-like' cloud came over - that wasn't fog.
Sounds dumb I know but then and later when my lights were on you could definitely see particles in the air...is this possible - Icelandic ash down on the Welsh borders.

it turned misty here , aout 45 mins away from you on the NW Alps, but it wasn't dust, chilly though for the last 30 mins of the ride

Just paranoia then? There was a few other riders out - wondering if anyone else experienced it?
