Huh, after waiting an unfeasably, unbearable three days for my CRC order (including a Sunday) I had to make do with a complimentary sachet of Goodness Shakes recovery drink powder (64% milk powder, 32% sugar), that's totally incompatable with the iDave diet I'm following.
