Was anyone at Thetford over the weekend? What are conditions like at the mo? I have the opportunity of riding for a few hours there on Wednesday this week but mightn't bother if it was a total mudfest. Ta.
Not been to Thetford for a couple of days but ridden nearby and all is fine.

Rode to work this morning throug a bit of BCP side and it was fine, could all be a lot different by wednesday though. Apart from the odd snow flurry it looks like it should've improved by then.
I'll be around middle of Wednesday, do you know your way around off piste (BCP/ HL / Elveden / Santon Downham)?
Moe - come the late Summer, I could do with learning a bit more of my way around, too!!
(Will be off the bike until then, though...)

Slightly OT but could/should we have a Thetford (BCP) meet?
I'm sure there are a good few of us that ride their a fair bit?
If you just post in our group rides section of the TIMBER forum that you are visiting you will often find someone free to join you and perhaps guide you around the lesser known trails, even during the week.
We more often than not meet at BCP on a Monday evening at 7.00, check the forum (subject - Night Ride<date>) and feel free to come along, say hello and ride, usually between six to fourteen* of us out.

There is so much more to Thetford than the marked trails and a lot of it is within spitting distance of those very marked trails!

Moe, I would have loved to hook up, but I can't say with any certainty when I'll get there. I'm doing it en route from Norwich to Surrey and might not get away til mid afternoon. Also I'll be tiptoeing around as for various reasons falling off is not an option just now - probably not a good ride partner! I appreciate the offer though.
