Set up with a little tent thingy on the roadside offering free cycle saftey tests.
Couldn't work out where they were from.
What's all that about then?

It's national bike week. There's lots of cycling stuff going on generally.
(Yeah, yeah, I know - every week's "bike week" for you, oldgit..!)
