Replace the lowers on a set of Pace RC41F (9mm QR) with a set of DT Swiss EXC 150 15mm bolt through?

Although looking at the cost of the lowers it would probably be better just waiting for some bolt through 41F's to show up on ebay.

It's an awful lot of money to spend to 'just' gain a through axle on what's a relatively old/obsolete fork in the first place?

But it was a theoretical question.

oh, yes theoretically you can do anything ๐Ÿ˜‰

Maybe give Pace or Fork English a call?

I'm 99.9% sure that you can. DT used the Pace 32mm crowns until MY2011 forks, and the carbon lowers the same as when Pace made them, so based on the above I'd say it works.

I didn't think about trying fork english or pace tbh...

I don't think I'd mind paying a bit to upgrade the forks that work v well.

I was just wondering if there would be anything internally different that would bugger things up.
