I was happy with the buying experience for my Jeffsy and it's been reliable, so never needed to test the service.

Everything has been fine for me but I've never had to use the warranty. I think if you ever have an issue and do have to warranty the bike its a slow process, like really slow!

It's worth having a look on the 'YT Industries Owners group, Capra, Tues, Jeffsy, Decoy' on Facebook, you'll get the best and wort of it on there.

I had a jeffsy a couple of years ago. Buying it was fine. Had updates re shipping. Arrived fine and well boxed with spare hanger as ordered.

Had to warranty the reverb (sagging) and monarch shock (weeping loads of oil) a few months after receiving it. Took about three weeks from sending them off to getting the reverb and a better shock back. So I reckon it was a good bit quicker than it would have been had I done it via SRAM uk.

Nothing but good things to say about them.

Same as simon up there, had both those issues too, same result as him.

I wouldn't take too much heed of the facebook group, even more whiney roasters than there is on here, quite an achievement!

I bought a Capra and a Jeffys from them. Very good customer service. Responded to emails promptly, sent me a free rear thru axel when I broke mine and Wiggle didnt have the correct replacement in stock.

I just got my LBS to send my saggy Reverb off for a fix and it was covered under warranty, so you dont actually have to send stuff back to them. Its all handled in the UK.

Basically I think they are very good.

I bought a Tues. Arrived quickly, and absolutely love the bike.

Paint was scuffed in transit and they immediately offered a replacement. I didn't want to send the bike back for scuffed paint, so I got a voucher to use in their shop instead. I haven't used the voucher yet, so drop me a message before you buy.

I did have to chase a couple of times for the bleed kit which wasn't included with the bike. Communication was poor on this - they sent an incomplete order, when they could have simply told me the bleed kit was out of stock and would follow at a later date.

@stevedoc I bought a couple of Capra's the last couple of years, sometimes their service is a little slow and comm spoor, but I've put that down to being just after sales of new bikes go live.

Not had any issues with the frames, some of the components on the other hand, but that's not their issues and sometimes the warranty process can take some time. On the whole I don't think you'll be disappointed, the price is a steal. As for the Capra vs. Jeffsy, just depends on what terrain you're riding. I find my Capra is a bit slugish on flatter stuff, however it really comes alive when it's pointed downhill!

A lot of the e-thirteen stuff bolted to them has a poor reputation for reliability. (Also BOS suspension if they still do that).
This isnt something that will come out in a magazine review (even an honest one - not a paid commercial) as it will take some time to manifest itself.

If you're looking at a 3 week wait for a seatpost or hub warranty on your only bike I'd be worried, unless you have the money to replace out of pocket, then flog the warranty replacement.

Ones that I know of that get ridden a lot tend to end up with different wheels at a minimum.

The frames seem fairly robust and they apparently ride nice though.

My E13 hub on the Jeffsy is very poor. Wheras the DT one on the Capra brilliant (4yrs old and still working perfectly)

After multiple bearing replamenets, failed axles and just crap seals, YT gave me the email of the European E13 bloke, who has just sent me a new wheel. So the failure is E13, YT has stepped up to the plate and offered a good solution.

Its just a shame they swopped from DT to E13 for hubs.

All the rest of the kit - Fox, Reverb, SRAM is fine. Either way, if you have an issue it all gets sorted in the UK. No need for it to go back to Germany.

Bought 5 bikes from them since 2015, 2 were delivered with faults (both Rockshox problems).
Both took about 3 months to sort so no bike in that time.
Great bikes but customer service can be shocking.

Hmm more food for thought. The bike would have stuff removed before being ridden wheels and brakes are a straight swap out, for personal preference stuff. Im sure my LBS would help with anything going back to Fishers too.
