[Closed] The view from Garway Hill

Thought this was going to be about that lady on breakfast TV...

Wow, wasn't expecting to see Garway on here. Never seen anyone ride up it. I've walked up it many times somewhat disadvantaged by large RC gliders. Can see seven counties from there on a clear day.

That day not being this morning 🙂 I always wondered what'd it be like to ride back down.

About 7 miles down the road from me.
I see they are re-building the old DH track at Garway + maybe running some uplift days in the future.

There was a DH track at Garway? Why don't you tell me these things Tim! I know the farmer has a little quad bike business, but never seen signs of a bike track, and I've tramped all over that hill looking for bits of broken fibreglass 😉

I've had a look for evidence of tracks on Garway Hill on Google maps and didn't find any, but it does look strange from the air. There's no evidence of that square when you're on the ground.
