Managed to make a couple of pints vanish at the T Arms! Nice.

Ian buggered his ankle but manned up well. Looks red...

Thanks all for making the trip. 20 bodies-best yet!

Think a 'bring a hip flask' night next wednesday is in order for PLands. Find an unmidged spot and relax in the hills then sprint home.

Great ride - what a cracking descent. Rather clammy too.

Thanks to Colin for his patience and reminding me how to put a tube in a tyre!

Here's the video from Minch Moor down: frame mounted-but its pretty poor quality in the shaded spots and dont bother watching from any further than 5 mins in- it was just too dark for the camera to cope.

Serves me right for buying a cheap camera ๐Ÿ™

Comments on the lack of skilz most welcome!

Surprisingly well once i stopped using those disc brake wipes alasdair was giving me!

Got a sympathetic receptionist on the phone at work who obviously didn't like the sound of me oozing blood all over the office so got the day off to heal (and watch fussball + listen to Funky 16 Corners) ๐Ÿ˜€

Day of work for a dodgy ankle?! Wuss. But on the other hand, it's a smashing day for healing in the back garden.

Me and Huw very much enjoyed that- what a nice bunch of guys!

Sorry we were a bit antisocial- neither of us have hit dirt in a long time and had to get it out of our systems a bit.

I'll sort out the photos I got soon, but I think most of them are utter bobbins I'm afraid.

That red light on your camera really spooked me coming of the Minch Moor. I just looked up at one point and that was all I could see. Took me a couple of seconds before I saw you holding the camera ๐Ÿ™‚

Had a great time too. I can't ride in the dry dusty stuff though. It's slipper than when its wet!

Oi! I took the day off as a public service, would you really want your hospitals designed by someone who was sitting at his desk slowly seeping blood all over his suit? Thought not.

Was a lovely day to 'heal' on though... ๐Ÿ˜€
