[#1254118]

been out this morning, 7 of us up clents hills, lungs about to explode, muscles burning, heart pounding, steam permeating through my jacket, sweating like a pig, fast downhills with eyes streaming, covered in mud, plenty of banter and piss taking and finished off with sausage and egg sandwich, cup of tea, hand shakes and arrangements to do it all again next week somewhere else.

highlights the insignificance of my recent rantings about bike building in the uk, patriotism, single speeds, magazine reviews, good looking bikes and valves.

roll on next week ๐Ÿ˜€
