Didn't book Sundays road race and now it's full ๐Ÿ˜ฅ muppet.

Possibly might maybe drive down for the Black Park XC instead. Anyone know if over 50 is classed as grand vet in xc?

Anyone else doing owt?

Well I would say that I'll be in black/yellow Beyond Mountain Bikes kit, but so will half the field! I'll be on my eBay carbon hardtail, black helmet, green Radar glasses. In the Expert race, so yeah say hello if you come down!

Ah right, that's just on line then? I thought that meant they had a full field.
Thanks.

5th out the pool with a 6.24 400m then 1st off the bike by over a min then dropped to third on the run by soulrider and the fastest swimmer in the pool..

Although i was riding my commuter fixed wheel with sourider had a great laugh at on the start line ! ,,,it has full length guards and rack ....

The missus won womans senior on her very light new bike . 2nd female overall and 15th over all outa 72

Nice plan, too many times I've not ridden due to change of plans and bike 'not ready'.

What are your plans?
I've got a stinking cold, but I think I feel alright ๐Ÿ˜•
If I can get a nights sleep I'll be racing, if not I might see you.

It's just gone 4am and I've decided not to race or even ride later today!
Sat here in my wolly hat and fleece fighting off this man flu.
Hope to be better for my road race at Cranfield next Sunday.
Catch you later Jase.

Did a loop out to Berkhamstead.

We were all pretty knackered on the way back but all good fun.

Well how did you all do?

I.ve been in bed all day having a mamoth bike mag reading session. All that winter training, the reliability trials all for a nice lay in.

A lowly 9th in Expert. Some seriously quick boys showed up, most notably Jody Crawforth! I was consistently slow on my 8 laps, which I guess is par for the course having not done any speed work at all!

It was good fun though, excellent course, a few very narrow gaps that made me wish I'd cut more of my handlebars! Lovely day for it too, really nice and mild.

Didn't see Ti29er, dunno if he bailed too!

Is this a series? because it sounds like my type of circuit.
And it would break up the weekly Crits nicely
