Nowt for me this weekend. Apparently we had long standing arrangement to visit friends in the Lake District, so the Nationals at Pippingford will have to manage without me.

I'm an Expert, but at the National Champs it's just Senior, which is Elite & Expert combined.

No, its an open air pool though, so almost 😉 . 420m swim, a very hilly 10 miles on the bike and then a 5-6 mile fell run. I came 11th last year so i'm hoping to equal that.
