Considering they are only a few miles apart (albeit superstar by water) I'm surprised that it rains so much less in Copenhagen than Malmø

I'm surprised that all the talk about cycling is not backed up by the tiny amount of money needed to make commuting by bike simple, easy and safe. Must be too little money involved.
