Just had a look at the US Spesh site. For some reason the bikes for sale just don't look as good as this one. But then they are relatively cheap. I suppose in Mr Overends spec the bike would be a little pricey. But then again $400 for frame kit (frame, seatpost and headset) is a bargain starting point.
Waste of time. None of the decent Spec 29ers are avialable over here and Spec won't entertain the idea of bringing one in on special order. 👿

As I understand it you have to physically buy the Spec stuff- can't be done over the 'phone/net. I have tried lots of retailers over there.
Is it me or does the Recon fork appear a bit out of place with the rest of the spec?
