Noticed i have it quite bad now after my brief hospital visit on the Bank Holiday. Always been bad with drop-offs but now even rock gardens spook me 🙁
Will it fade you think?

Focus on enjoying riding and it will return. Try to remember what you did wrong

Oh i know what i did wrong - 6 inches to the right & i would have missed the hidden hole behind the rock drop-off & rolled out of it easily like i've done 100 times before!
The fact i landed on my already RSI-damaged elbow & made it loads worse has made me even more of a mincer now 🙁
