Hi, i want to get a new wind / waterproof jacket that I can use for both jogging and cycling. What are the differences between running and cycling jackets? I've got 100 quid to spend, any recommendations?

As far as I can tell cycling specific ones have a longer back and maybe pockets.
Material wise and the rest of the cut seems the same.
A longer back when you are running is a small inconvenience. A short back when riding in bad weather would be bigger inconvenience.

cycling ones have longer arms too, my 'cycling' jacket is a walking windproof and the arms are a bit short for riding.
