Anyone used then, looking at mail order.
I've been in the store and they weren't much use, I think theres a few threads on them if you fancy a search
Thread in the last few days on their mail order. Were generally praised, as I recall.
Bought some wheels from them no complaints, good wheels good service.
I have a Brompton from them....nice folk.
Just bought some knee pads from them last week, arrived quickly and currently cheaper than anywhere else. Not free postage generally tho so you may have to factor this in if you're buying based on price.
I have been very impressed with all the dealings I have had with 'em.

I bought some Pikes from them a month ago.
Great service, they were busy when i rang and promised to call back within 1/2 hour, which they did, delivery time was quick too.
daughter order stem last week Tuesday still waiting for it to arrive 😕
I've always found them to be cheap, helpful, and they know their stuff.
The servicing is a bit hit and miss though, they don't always get the job done on time.
anybody know what they charge for postage of suspension forks?
its about 10 - I think you add it to your basket and it shows you
