I've got to waste hours of my life soon with the old "Im off, gimme the package at a sensible price rather than using me to subsidise your new customers" crap with Virgin.

Would anyone happen to know what time of month its best to play this card?

Anytime, I'd just go on Go-compare or whatever, click the best deal that suits, then just let them do it all..

Life's' to short for that kind crap.

Just cancelled mine on the 9th, now waiting for the "we don't want to lose you" call. They are doing some cheap deals as the moment in comparison to the rest.
